I am passionate about mental health support and education (education is power over our challenges) and I enjoy getting to know my clients inner world and helping them find more healing, peace & relational health amidst life’s many challenges. I work holistically towards healthy mind body and spirit. I don’t see my work as one size fits all and I operate in a trauma-informed & relational way. I am an RCC with the BCACC and I am a Level One EMDR trained therapist & I am Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) registered for referrals. I often support clients through mental health challenges, stress management, and relationship conflicts. I offer counselling out of my Surrey office and virtually. I enjoy educating various audiences on mental health topics, healthy relationships & communication. I remain open to learning and am impacted deeply by my work: it is an honour to walk with people in their journeys of healing. I bring a holistic approach to my work which includes merging a faith In God into the healing process for those who seek this. *All spiritualities, genders, are welcome here.
