I am passionate about mental health education and I enjoy getting to know my clients inner world and helping them find more healing, peace & relational health amidst life’s many challenges. I don’t see my work as one size fits all and operate in a very relational way. I am an RCC with the BCACC and I am a Level One EMDR trained therapist & I am Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) registered for referrals. I am also a Christian, who brings a merging of a faith In God into the healing process for those who seek this. You do not have to be Christian to receive my services. I often work with families, parenting issues, teens, young adults, women, and couples. I often support my clients through mental health challenges, stress management, and relationship conflicts. I offer counselling out of my Surrey office. I enjoy teaching for various audiences on mental health topics, healthy relationships & communication. Lately, I have been working more with Young Adults on the Autism spectrum and with other diagnoses that can pose barriers in community. So on a new venture, I will be offering social skills groups in various formats, for older teens, home-schooled teens, and young adults facing barriers to traditional school and work, in the very near future!
